  • Took my car in for an oil change, they broke the oil plug and stuck a piece of plastic in it to hold it. My car did not even make it home the oil had completely drained from the engine block and they refused to reimbursh me for the repair that I incurred from their negeligence! Bunch of monkeys work there that don't know jack about fixing cars! Do not take your car to RAP VW specialists at 1469 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont NY 11003 You will be sorry!
